Once a new country is enabled, when adding the bank transfer withdrawal method you will be able to see the banks availability. This will depend on the off-ramp options in each country.
Withdrawals using the cash out option (moneygram) will be available immediately for pick up after completing the transaction.
Withdrawals using bank transfers will take 2-3 hours to be reflected in your bank account. Note that in some countries ACH cycles might apply and this could take longer but you will still receive the funds the next business day at the latest.
It depends on the withdrawal method:
1. If you will withdraw cash with MoneyGram, fees are 0
2. If you will withdraw by transfering funds to your bank account (this is coming soon on Decafpay), fees are less than 1-2%
1. If you will withdraw cash with MoneyGram, limits are 2500 USDC per transaction
2. If you will withdraw by bank transfer there are no limits associated but you might need to go through a longer KYC process in case your transaction volumes are higher than 10000 USDC per day.
If you chose the cash out option (using moneygram) you will need to contact them at digitalsupport@moneygram.com , and also let us know in case you don’t receive an answer. If you chose the bank transfer option just contact us to help you out by sending a claim to the off-ramp and solve your issue as soon as possible.
Yes. Every cash out transaction needs a reference number to be ready for pick up and the setting process will need you to fill in the information of the location every time you do it.
You will be able to see the transaction history which is not a invoice but will help you to keep track of your operations.
